Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist?
Making Milestones is an exciting, new Allied Health Practice in Adelaide’s Western and Northern Suburbs. Our client base is growing rapidly, and we are opening a new clinic in the northern suburbs so we are seeking speech pathologists and OTs to join our growing team of brilliant clinicians.
We support children and adults with disabilities and their families to flourish now and into a bright future. We provide Sensory Playgroup, School Holiday Programs, and therapy based group programs as well as individual therapy, training and educational workshops for parents and teachers. We are expanding our team of talented, dedicated, and innovative clinicians with a diverse range of skills and experience to provide a positive, fun and supportive multi disciplinary service. Our team includes OTs, speech pathologists, mental health social workers, physiotherapists and allied health assistants.
Making Milestones can offer you:
- An interesting and varied client base with options for a paediatric or mixed caseload.
- Opportunity for individual and group therapy in clinic, as well as in schools, childcare centres and client homes.
- Work in a team with speech pathologists, occupational therapists, mental health professionals, physiotherapists and allied health assistants.
- Two brand-new, purpose-built facilities with modern, well equipped treatment rooms, groups spaces, and a sensory room at each site.

- Generous salary, including $1000 PD allowance and four days per year paid PD leave.

- Administrative support as well as weekly group and individual clinical support for less experienced clinicians.
What you will need:
- Qualifications as an Occupational Therapists and eligible for registration with AHPRA or as a Speech Pathologist working towards CSPS status.
- Both experienced and newly graduated clinicians are welcome to apply.
- Passion and experience in working with children with disabilities and developmental challenges and their families.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to relate effectively to children, adolescents, families, team members and other providers.

What you will need:
- Working towards qualifications in an allied health profession
- Passion and experience in working with children with disabilities and developmental challenges and their families.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to relate effectively to children, adolescents, families, team members and other providers.
- Current RAN, Childsafe, and appropriate DCSI clearances.
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders, NDIS, group therapy and feeding therapy an advantage.
